Getting from Lombok Airport to Kuta
Lombok International Airport (airport code LOP, also called Zainuddin Abdul Madjid International Airport) sits near Praya, about 25 kilometres from Kuta Lombok. The drive takes 30 to 40 minutes on a good, well-surfaced road.
Most of our guests take a car transfer on arrival day – luggage, an unfamiliar road and a late flight are not the ideal first ride – and have the scooter delivered to their accommodation the same evening or the next morning. We run our own air-conditioned private transport service for up to four people, with room for surfboards.
If you would rather ride straight from the terminal, message us before you fly and we will arrange the handover at the airport.

Yes, on request. Lombok International Airport (LOP) in Praya is about 30 minutes from our shop in Kuta. Send us your flight number and arrival time on WhatsApp and we will confirm whether we can meet you there, or arrange for the scooter to be waiting at your accommodation in Kuta instead.
Nothing. Delivery and pick-up are free anywhere in Kuta Lombok, Mandalika, Tanjung Aan, Gerupuk and Seger Beach. Delivery further out – Selong Belanak, Are Guling, Praya or the airport – is arranged individually on WhatsApp.
Inside Kuta Lombok we are usually at your door within an hour of confirming the booking, often faster. If you need the scooter at a specific time, tell us when you message and we will be there.
Yes. Pick-up works the same way and is also free inside the Kuta area. Message us the day before with your check-out time and we collect the scooter at your accommodation.
Your passport or a photo of it, your driving licence and, if you have one, your International Driving Permit. We hand over the scooter, a helmet, the registration papers (STNK) and a surf rack if you asked for one, and we walk you through the controls before you ride off.
For most travellers it is easier to take a transfer from the airport to Kuta with luggage and start riding the next morning. The road from Praya to Kuta is fine, but riding it for the first time in the dark with a suitcase is not the best introduction to Lombok. We also run a private air-conditioned transfer service if you need one.
